Strengthen and develop long-term murtual cooperation among the parties in research and outreach on livestock, fisheries and aquaculture knowledge and technologies with emphasis on production and control of breed and feed quality, pest and disease control and management, and acaricides and semen quality control, range and pasture management, pasture irrigation and general best management practices.
