The application procedures can be inquired any time of the year but a formal call for application is usually made in March/May. Applicants for Master programmes should ensure that their applications are received by the University no later than 30th May of the year in which they wish to start. Successful candidates are normally informed by letters, newspapers, SUA website and in our Research Newsletter in June/July. Applicants for doctorate studies can submit applications and commence studies at any time of the year.

The potential candidates have to fulfill the application procedures which are listed on the Application information form (PGS 001). In addition to filling the Application form (PGS 002), the applicant has to request two referees to fill the Referee Report form (PGS 003).

Such dully filled forms can be returned physically or mailed to the undersigned not later than
31st May, 2017. These forms must be submitted together with evidence of non-refundable payment of Sh. 50,000 or $ 20 for foreigners, as application fee. Application fee will increase up to Sh. 80,000 for late applications.
